Head of the "Quantum Algorithms and Computing" segment for Thales, he manages collaborations with startups within the DGA PROQCIMA program. A member of the NATO working group SET-IST-339 "Study of Military Applications of Quantum Algorithms" and the European EQCBC (European Quantum Computing Benchmarking Committee) committee, he coordinates the BACQ benchmark project for the LNE MetriQs program. He contributed to the French Academy of Technologies' report on FTQC computers and is General Chair of the QUEST-IS conference on quantum engineering. Graduated from CentraleSupélec, he received the Aymée Poirson Prize from the French Academy of Sciences for the application of science to industry and the Ampère Medal from the SEE (French Society of Ecology and Energy).
